HEB Mueller Gets First HEB Burger Restaurant - The Iron Grill

HEB Mueller has the largest selection of restaurants of any HEB store, with 6 total, including a bar. They also recently traded out two of the restaurants, and introduced a brand new HEB-owned burger joint called The Iron Grill. If you haven't visited yet, now is the time.

Introducing HEB Mueller Main Streat

As you draw near to HEB Mueller in Austin, TX (located at 1801 E 51st St, Austin, TX), you can't help but notice the captivating façade, setting it apart from other retail outlets. The prominent feature is a massive, gracefully curved awning designed to resemble an airplane hangar, paying homage to the store's location on the premises of the former Robert Mueller Municipal Airport.

The impressive awning isn't the only exciting thing about this location, though. You'll see HEB's Main Streat Food Hall directly to the right of the front entrance as you walk in, and once you start trying the food here, you'll never want to leave.

HEB Main Streat has six restaurants including:

• Roots Chicken Shak

• South Flo Pizza

• True Texas BBQ

• The Iron Grill

• Yumai Japanese Grill

• Bar at Mueller

South Flo Pizza recently replaced The Meltery, a grilled cheese location, and The Iron Grill replaced Calle Taqueria. Both South Flo Pizza and The Iron Grill are HEB-owned restaurants, so now the only non-HEB option is The Chicken Shak, which is owned by Chef Tiffany Derry from Top Chef.

• PB Jammin Burger (peanut butter and bacon jam)

• Iron Pressed Burger
